Os argumentistas de cinema e televisão de Hollywood entraram em greve hoje, depois de as negociações de última hora terem falhado.
Há já algum tempo que os argumentistas vinham reclamando da sua situação no seio da indústria, considerando-se mal pagos e subvalorizados. Nem a homenagem da última cerimónia dos Oscars (que deu especial enfoque ao trabalho dos argumentistas) conseguiu apaziguar o mal estar que há muito se fazia sentir.
A greve teve início depois de dez horas de negociações entre o Writers Guild of America (WGA) e Alliance of Motion Picture and Television Producers (AMPTP), que representa os estúdios.

Sim, é um bom momento para questionar os americanos que são dos povos mais "TVdependents" do mundo.
Para já a greve já está a fazer "vitimas": algumas séries já estão a ser repensadas e há até casos de séries e filmes que já voltaram para a gaveta.
Os anunciantes é que devem estar com o credo na boca.
